A few weeks ago, with the help of one of my closest friends, I recorded a demonstration of my favorite Toll-House cookies. We filmed in my own kitchen in my new house, we used my iPhone's camera, and some creative camera angle's. (Thank you Edd!)
After we filmed we were left with an overabundance of cookies, and two pieces of video that I could not manage to upload for anyone to see. Fortunately the iPhone has a fantastic high-def camera. Unfortunately it created a file too large. And as the iPhone is a MAC device...my Toshiba Satellite couldn't readily make head nor tale of it. The issue was finally resolved, and the video was uploaded in two files. I'm a skilled healthcare worker, and more than accomplished cook, but alas, when it comes to the finer points of digital technology I am a dunce.
This new endeavor has me quite excited. I have a plan for a whole series of cooking shows. I'm going to feature some of my favorite recipes, some of my best deserts, and even a few of the late, great, Julia's recipes that I have reworked, modernized, and if I may dare to say - improved.
Here is the link to part 1...PLEASE watch, comment, recommend, and enjoy!
